      <image:caption>Yoga has become an increasingly popular form of stress management for overworked executives. Yoga can change your life. This is by no means an over-claim. As a certified yoga instructor, I’ve worked with corporate clients for many years now. Yoga strengthens the body and transforms the mind, too, and has even been shown to change the brain and physiology. It is a truly transformative practice that can potentially change anything that needs changing within the body and the mind I’ve been handing out yoga prescriptions to my clients for many years – prescriptions that work! I can recommend a yoga programme or even certain yoga poses to help with specific ailments, conditions and emotions. Not only does it help with posture and mobility in a sedentary corporate world but it’s been known to build muscle and increase flexibility, too. Plus, studies have shown that yoga improves deadlift performance by strengthening the lower back and hamstrings, and increasing shoulder flexibility. In weight lifting some muscles are neglected but in yoga the muscles work in cooperation and harmony and it also increases flexibility, stamina and stability.</image:caption>
